Our induced draft Pultruded FRP counter flow cooling towers are fitted with non-clogging spray nozzles and PVC film fills with large intermediate spacing which will provide consistent thermal performance over the entire service life of the equipment. The counter flow mechanism helps to clean the dusty air without clogging fills. These towers are also fitted with efficient gear drives and highly efficient aluminum / FRP aerodynamic fans which are connected by fully floating zero-drive loss composite shaft to the motor. The motors are horizontal foot mounted, Totally Enclosed fan Cooled (TEFC), 100% weatherproof and of premium efficiency. All the hardware used is of SS 304 given providing greater reliability and durability throughout the service life of the cooling tower.
