Our DPC-70 series Field-Erected industrial Counter flow cooling towers are specifically engineered to meet the challenges of high flow rates and high heat rejections characteristic of power generation applications. Constructed from heavy-duty Pultruded FRP sections, these cooling towers are built to withstand extreme temperatures, corrosion, industrial shocks, environmental impacts, and heavy wind loads.
Featuring Counter flow Induced draft design, our cooling towers utilize non-clogging spray nozzles and high-efficiency honeycomb fills or Optigrid fills to ensure consistent and reliable thermal performance throughout the service life of the equipment. Efficient gear drives and highly efficient aluminum/FRP aerodynamic fans, connected by fully floating zero-drive loss composite shafts to the motor, further enhance performance and energy efficiency.
The motors used in our cooling towers are horizontal foot mounted, Totally Enclosed fan Cooled (TEFC), 100% weatherproof, and premium efficiency, guaranteeing reliable operation in demanding power plant environments. Additionally, all hardware components are made from SS 304, ensuring greater reliability and durability over the service life of the cooling tower. Direct driven motors are Totally Enclosed air over (TEAO).
